Paris Hilton a Realtor?
Paris Hilton, famous for being famous, has told the British magazine Tatler that she is considering a career in real estate.
"I'm a brand. I'm a businesswoman," she said in an interview. "I do everything - I act, I sing, I design, I write books. What I love the most is the business part. I like what it is leading to. I eventually want to get involved in real estate."
Ms. Hilton is a resident of California, where she presumably would be licensed.

Maybe she plans on owning it rather than selling it? I can't see her putting in the long hours required to do the sales.
Richard - The hours? How about lead generating! Can you just see her on the phone?:
"Hi, like, this is Paris?! Like do you know anyone who, like, is looking to buy a new house? Really? Is she cool like me? Like, really? ..."
Hmmm. People will likely flock to her just because of the publicity. But can she actually do a transaction? Time will tell. Can you imagine a short sale?

Paris Hilton in real estate. That would be interesting to see. She's done a lot of things certainly. She coud make some interesting virtual tours - I hear she's good with a video camera. ;-)
Funny.... but...
Hilton is real estate. Her Great Grandfather Conrad Hilton started with a little hotel and turned it into an empire...
Last time I checked... Her dad, Eric Hilton was running a $300 Million+ plus real estate investment trust.
I think it's pretty safe to say that Hilton has more experience and resources in real estate then all of ActiveRain combined.
I highly doubt she will be in Sales selling individual homes.... or blogging on ActiveRain.
We can all laugh... but trust me... half of what you see on TV is more of an act (marketing) then anything else.
Mark: How can you compare Paris Hilton to Donald Trump ? Paris' hair is much better looking, and I am very sure there are no animals or other creatures living in HER hair either. Cute post...

First, of course, she's got to get a license.
I enjoyed the post. I am sure she would not need to do any lead generation . She can use her license to get a break when she buys Real Estate .
I think it would be fun to have her. Why not? It certainly is interesting work. I sell to my friends and their third party acquaintances. If she wants to she could do what ever she wanted with her license. I'm betting she does commercial. Hope she joins too. That would bring a whole new set of readers. Every writer brings us more readers. Think of the possible search engine bump up. :-)

There are lots of great Realtor who where actors or want to be actors. I would partner with her anytime. I would not wear a pink suite though. No way No how

Mark - Well, that would be interesting. If she would enter this blogosphere (and not have a Ghost Writer do it for her), it would certainly add some spice to the network. She does everything!?! I find that cool, yet believe in the philosophy that if you do everything... the chances are that you do no particular thing extremely well. Of course, I could be wrong. Time is the only teller:)

When I was in the Casino Biz I had the opportunity to deal to her dad a couple of times including when Paris turned 21 and came into town .... what you see on TV is nothing to how they are in real life.
I would work for them in a heart beat....
(Call me Paris... my partner teaches licensing for Nevada in Las Vegas... we'll get your license and build/market a REAL project that people will actually want to live in!)
