Courtney - It is pretty amazing in Clark County right now. Homes have never been more affordable. What is really surprising is how nice these homes are. Not your typical fixers.
This seems to be the hottest price range anywhere!
Can you even imagine three years ago trying to find 20 homes under $200,000? What an opportunity for first time home buyers.
