Playing Hooky. Riverfront Properties On The Washougal River For Sale -Washington
Today I worked a little bit of over time. You see, one of the advantages of having riverfront properties on the Washougal River for sale is the ability to take a fishing rod with you whenever you need to visit your listing. Pictures for the MLS? Let's go fishing! Need to put up the directional signs? Let's go fishing! Hmmm... I wonder if the signs are still up? Better go check!
Today was a good day of work. Two small trout and a native steel head. I love this job!

Mark, what a great post! I love fishing, and my husband is an avid fisherman! I wrote a blog post recently, comparing selling real estate to fly fishing, so I can definitely relate to this post!
Very, very creative, and I hope some buyers come and take "the bait!"
Yeah, and how big were they?
Maggie - Thanks. I am usually the guy standing in the middle of a storm looking for the rainbow.
Tap - No, I love to fish but I don't keep very many. Toadays catch will live to fight another day!
Melissa - I hope so too. Actually I can't believe how cheap we have it listed for. 10 acres at only $195,000 obo. Send this post to your husband. Maybe we can work a deal!
Jance - THAT sounds like a loaded question! The little guys were about 6" each and the steel head was about 18".
Looks like a beautiful setting for a house. I grew up on riverfront property and truly like it better than the big part of the lake. My folks place is directly across from national forest property that is undeveloped and will remain that way... so peaceful.
Mark, It seems you had a day well spent. I'm sure there are lots of fishing men/women who would love to be on that river as well :)
What a beautiful photo. Sounds & looks like I may be living and working in the wrong area...not toomany places in my selling area to fish!
Mark,
Looks like a great place to play hooky and maybe catch a few fish...
