Liz - Yep, it is a fountain in New Orleans. Either Razoo or the fountain at Pat O'Briens.

I'm asking the same question as everyone else. It's obviously a flame, but where? It looks like it's fueled by gas?

Flame is something that can create amazing photos, because like snow flakes, flames are never the same. AMAZING SHOT!
